It’s that fabulous time of year again when I get to look back and reflect on the past 365 days and how grateful I am for all of my wonderful couples who put their trust in me to capture their most precious of memories. 42 wedding couples, countless families, babies and even a puppy have made this year extra meaningful and emotional for me so for that, I’m truly thankful.
Below I’ve picked one of each wedding plus a few extra favourites (can you spot you??) Thank you for all of the laughter, the tears and the friendships I made this year with so many of my wonderful clients; I really do seem to get the loveliest people. Thank you for continuing to book me and for allowing me to do this job that I love after all these years. I really can’t do anything else so many more please!! 🙂
Big shout out to all of my incredible wedding photographer friends and wedding vendor buddies; I see how hard you all work and how much you love your clients and your job. Cheers to you and roll on 2024!!
O my, what a beauty! I’m so excited to share with you some of my favourite photos from Charlotte & Alex’s absolutely GORGEOUS Clock Barn wedding! It’s no secret Clock Barn is one of my favourite venues so I’m very lucky to get to shoot lots of weddings there every year. I never get tired of seeing what the magical gardeners have done with the grounds every time I arrive as something different and colourful is always new and in bloom!
The bridesmaids wore beautiful pink dresses which complimented perfectly the pink and purple wild flowers which Charlotte carried down the aisle. The wonderful florists at Eden Blooms put spectacular bunches together in pretty green glasses vases which were dotted around the barn and on the dinner tables which completed the wonderful, colourful and summery look. I also loved how many people were excited to see Charlotte dressed and ready in her gorgeous dress, and there were more than just a few tears shed!
Weddings often use white drapes behind the registrar during the vows however Charlotte & Alex chose a pink drape which looked absolutely brilliant! If you’re getting married at Clock Barn I would definitely encourage you to consider a colour drape as it really tied in all the decor together well.
Despite a somewhat iffy weather forecast, the day stayed dry and warm, as guests enjoyed canapes and drinks outside and among the flowers, before moving inside for speeches and delicious food. When it came to the dancing, Ashley Riggs packed out the dance floor with great music and as I left, everyone was laughing and throwing their best moves. Such a brilliant day, thank you so much for having me along!

I’ve been a wedding photographer for nearly 15 years now and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve seen two people more in love than Emma & Mike. Ever. For reals. These two wonderful human beings got married at the glorious Clock Barn in Hampshire on Friday in front of a crowd of extremely loving friends and family, and it was an absolute pleasure to witness.
I don’t think I’ve seen two people laugh quite so much all day either; in fact it was infectious. They say the sun shines on the righteous and despite heavy rain being forecast all day we had a dry spell in exactly the part of the day we needed it, so were able to take the couple photos they wanted and family photos outside. What luck! What a perfect day.
You’re both incredibly special people, thank you so much for having Holly and I along for the ride. Mwah!

Last Saturday I was back at my favourite Hampshire barn – the glorious Clock Barn for Becky & Cody’s fabulous wedding. After getting ready in the cottages surrounding Oakley Hall in Basingstoke, Becky & Cody tied the knot at All Hallows Church in Whitchurch in front of their nearest and dearest before exiting through a sea of confetti and on towards Clock Barn.
Clock Barn was absolutely bursting with pretty summer flowers by the very talented Garden Inn florist, and giant ‘Love’ letters lit up the dance floor as guests explored the gorgeous gardens and delicious canapes. Despite the weather promising pouring rain all week we were so lucky with perfect weather and sunshine as we strolled around the grounds taking their couple shots before all going in for a wonderful 4 course meal. They also had a gorgeous wedding cake by the super talented Reilly Cakes… see if you can spot the Harry Potter reference!
Absolutely PERFECT day guys, thank you so much for choosing me to capture it for you. Here are a few teasers to keep you going before the full set is ready! Thank you too to Holly who shot alongside me for part of the day as well.
