Hannah & Dan’s wedding at The Domus in The New Forest in Hampshire was just so flippin’ beautiful!
The Domus is an absolutely incredible venue, it is seeped in history from top to toe. The building is part of the beautiful Beaulieu Estate nestled in the stunning New Forest here in Hampshire, the 800 year old Domus is surrounded by the most gorgeous old ruins in the garden grounds, perfect for creating some cherished memories.
Hannah wanted to look and feel like a princess on her wedding day and she certainly did with style and grace! From the delicate sparkles adorning her gown and jewelry down to the stunning horse and carriage, which no princess should be without!
We were lucky enough to even find a beautiful meadow of summer flowers to spend some time in for their photos, it was bliss! What more would you expect from a wedding held in the beautiful New Forest?
Hannah and Dan also marked their wedding at the Domus by placing a padlock engraved with their names onto a special structure in the gardens along with all the other couples that have shared the privilege, such a special way to remember their day.
The bridesmaids looked fabulous in their soft grey gowns, all smiles and happiness for Hannah & Dan’s wedding. The reception was also held in the beautiful hall, where the guests were treated to lovely opulent table settings with soft lighting, flowers and pearls, before Hannah and Dan and their guests enjoyed dancing the night away.
Congratulations lovelies, thank you for letting me be a little part of your day xx
Thank you to Clare as always for second shooting this one, some of these photos were taken by her.

We are so lucky here in Hampshire to be surrounded by the New Forest, it is one of my most favourite places in the whole world! There is nowhere quite like it, a calm, hypnotic place where you can walk among ancient trees and freely wandering horses and cattle (I was even lucky enough to get married there myself, many years ago!).
Kirsten and Simon chose one of the most beautiful hotels in the area is Bartley Lodge Hotel, with its gorgeous gardens and the most striking dark paneled dining room for holding the festivities of the day. This quintessentially English manor is such a wonderful backdrop for any traditional English country wedding.
Everyone was in high spirits to watch Kirsten and Simon say their vows together with friends and family at St Matthew’s Church in Netley Marsh. After their marriage they made their way to Bartley Lodge Hotel in a rather fabulous vintage car, the drive there must have been filled with smiles, laughter between the newly weds and the most incredible scenery rushing by.
To help along the perfect day for Kirsten and Simon the weather was perfect, a warm day for the end of spring. We spent the afternoon making the most of the sunshine in the fabulous gardens. We were surrounded by beautiful lawns and trees on the estate grounds.
The bride’s beautiful lace gown was complemented by blush pinks in her floral arrangements and bridesmaids dresses, reflecting the bond they all share on this most precious day. The groom and his men were equally dapper in their grey suits and matching shoes.
Congratulations guys! Everything was wonderful xx
Thank you to Julie for second shooting with me on this one, some of these photos were taken by her.

Ahh, the beautiful beautiful Upwaltham Barns in West Sussex is always an absolute pleasure to photograph! Although my heart is in Hampshire there are so many lovely venues around the country it’s a pleasure to be able to venture further a field especially to a venue like Upwaltham Barn. It’s such a gorgeous barn to visit for a wedding, but it was so much more perfect when the flowers are in bloom like thy were for Kirsty and Lucas’ day this June – my photography heaven!
The rooms at Upwaltham Barn are so special and there were many memories to be made while the bridal party were getting ready. Check out the little pom poms on the flower girls shoes and the gorgeous little flower crown! Adorable! Kirsty had a stunning gown with beautiful beaded detailing and the bridesmaids wore beautiful salmon coloured floor length gowns – they were almost the colour of some of the peonies in the beautiful flower arrangements and gardens!
The ceremony room has wonderful natural light and was decorated simply and beautifully. Ready for the bride and groom to steal the show! The couple chose to use a surf board as a table plan and as a topper for their cake, such a cute way to bring their own personalities in to the day.
Kirsty and Lucas planned such a perfect day from start to finish, and celebrated with such a wonderful group of friends and family who made me feel so welcome. It was lovely to watch them celebrate all together and I left as they started to dance the night away on a glorious summers eve.
Congratulations guys, nailed it!
Thank you to Vicki who helped me for a bit today too, some of these photos are hers.
